It has been some time since my first Blog entry, and I am not coming
with a new specific application scenario, but I think all of you have been
confronted with something similar like this at some point in your career:
“We are sorry to reject your application, but at the moment we don’t
have an appropriate job that meets your qualification”
My question now is: “Why should anyone be sorry, that I am overqualified
for a certain job opportunity?” Well, at least most people I know wouldn’t be
devasted and commit suicide just because the have been rejected for a job
without a formal excuse. The world will not cease to exist, believe me.
Anyway, if you have had a similar experience in your career, let me
